(00) Why AI?

AI just opened up a whole new pile of hard problems worth solving.

So I'm building a company around it, and I bring the same hands-on habit to every client project.

TunuDoley

I build AI that actually works.

(01) Manifesto

Some people pitch. I'd rather ship. I write the code, Code on a monitortalk to the users A discussion at a blackboardand fix the thing at 2am, Server rack status lightsbecause that's how you actually find out what works.

Where my hours go.

(02) The work

  1. A rocket's long-exposure arc over the sea at dusk

    Building

    My AI company

Most of my week. We're building AI that takes real work off real people's plates. The goal is something you'd miss if it broke, not something you screenshot once and forget. Early, heads-down, more soon.

  2. The Large Hadron Collider tunnel

    Open, selectively

    Client projects

A few paid projects at a time, only the ones I can't stop thinking about. You get a founder's urgency and an engineer's obsession with details. I get problems I'd never meet otherwise. Fair trade.

  3. An opened 486 processor showing its silicon die

    Always on

    Experiments

Weekend builds and tiny tools I make for myself. Most die quietly. The good ones sneak into everything else.

(03) Work with me

Got a hard problem? Good.

Your roadmap says “add AI”. Your team is stretched. A few projects at a time, full attention on each.

  1. 01

    AI features & agents

Assistants, agents and automations that survive real users and messy data. Not just the happy path you saw in the demo.

  2. 02

    Zero-to-one products

From napkin sketch to something people actually use. Tight scope, working software in weeks, not quarters.

  3. 03

    Technical direction

Architecture, build-vs-buy and AI strategy from someone who has already made the expensive mistakes, so you don't have to.

The rules I don't break.

(04) How I work

  1. 01

    Ship it, then polish it.

  2. 02

If it only works in the demo, it doesn't work.

  3. 03

Talk to users before writing code.

  4. 04

    Simple beats clever.

  5. 05

    Small team, high bar.

  6. 06

Own the outcome, not just the task.

  7. 07

    Say no to most things.

  8. 08

    Play the long game.
